Innocenti SA is a separate and independent legal entity. It is not, and has never been, a successor, affiliate, parent, subsidiary, or continuation of the historic Milanese undertaking known as Innocenti – Società generale per l’industria metallurgica e meccanica (or of any later company that carried on that metallurgical / heavy-engineering activity under names such as Innse, Innocenti Sant’Eustacchio, SMS Innse, or Innse Milano).
Any reference on this website to the historic Innocenti name, to Lambretta, or to related trademarks is made solely in connection with intellectual property lawfully held or used by Innocenti SA. It does not imply any corporate, financial, or operational relationship with the former Milan metallurgical business or with any of its successors.
