Identity and purpose
Three marks, one custodian
The present Innocenti S.A. was incorporated in Lugano in 2008. Lambretta S.A., established in Lugano in 1979, was incorporated into the new legal entity.
In 2010 Liliana Querci Innocenti, representing the family line of the original founders, formally assigned the combined Italian “Lambretta / Innocenti” trademark to Innocenti S.A. Today, the company holds the worldwide trademark rights for Innocenti, Lambretta and Lambro and develops their future through the three distinct brand pillars.
Legal position
A separate Swiss company
Innocenti S.A. is a separate and independent legal entity. It is not, and has never been, a successor, affiliate, parent, subsidiary or continuation of the historic Milanese metallurgical and heavy-engineering undertaking, or of its later corporate successors.
Historical references on this website concern intellectual property lawfully held or used by Innocenti S.A.; they do not imply a corporate, financial or operational relationship with the former Milan industrial business. Historical material is kept separately in the Archive.
